Personal biography

  • Sayge was born and raised in Northern Saskatchewan, where sport is highly valued. Participating in athletics from an early age created a solid foundation for what she really wanted to do for her career, opening the door to Kinesiology and its umbrella of underlying professions. She now plans to utilize her interest in and knowledge of physical activity, movement, health, and performance to complement and assist clients in achieving their goals in regard to personal health.

  • Representing Team Saskatchewan Softball and finishing in second place at the North American Indigenous Games (NAIG) in 2014 & first place in 2017.
  • Female student-athlete of the year award in 2018.
  • Finishing fourth at Wrestling Canada Lutte nationals in Windsor, Ontario in 2017.
  • Finishing second at the SHSAA wrestling provincials in 2017.
  • Played for the Prince Albert Aces Softball team from the summer of 2012 to the summer of 2018.
